A device to maintain and repair a blade for wind turbines is disclosed. The device according to the present invention comprises: a frame body in which cleaning nozzles spraying fluid are formed; propulsion nozzles connected to the frame body and providing the driving force to lift the frame body; a fluid supply device to supply the fluid to the cleaning nozzles and the propulsion nozzles; and a flow path conversion device to selectively supply the fluid supplied by the fluid supply device to the cleaning nozzles and the propulsion nozzles.
