A roll alignment error measuring device according to the present invention includes a communication unit generation trigger-ON signals when a steel sheet is transferred to an inlet of a finishing mill; a thermal image camera which is installed on the inlet of the finishing mill and which photographs images of the steel sheet inserted into the inlet of the finishing mill when the trigger-ON signals are transmitted; and a control unit on which a center line, on which the steel sheet is moved, is formed and which extracts an outer line of the hottest portion from the images of the steel sheet received from the thermal image camera, compares the outer line with the center line, and calculates a tilted amount of the steel sheet.
