PURPOSE: A data parallel processing system by location control and a method thereof are provided to improve control speed of encoding and decoding of data, and to increase efficiency of a data storage area. CONSTITUTION: An encoding/decoding server encodes and decodes inputted processing target data according to encryption algorithm (S510-S520). A location control server receives the encoded data by the encoding/decoding server and then separates the data into pieces of small unit (S530), and designates storage location of each separated data and stores the data in a location information database (S540). A plurality of storage devices accommodates and stores the separated data according to the content designated in the location control server (S550), and transmits corresponding data to the location control server if there is a call for the accommodated data from the location control server.
