The present invention relates to a preprocessing method of cash crops, vegetables, and fruits using ozone water and, more particularly, kills polluted bacteria attached to the surface of the cash crops, the vegetables, and the fruits and distributes preprocessed mushrooms and improve an added value of the cash crops, the vegetables, and the fruits by trimming and cutting the mushroom and the vegetables and washing the mushroom and the vegetables with the ozone water which is processed to easily cook or washing the fruits with the ozone water. The present invention performs preprocessing of the cash crops, the vegetables, and the fruits and distributes it as a packing state of semi-vacuum type. Therefore, users utilize the packing by unwrapping the packing without a separate preprocessing process and putting it into cooking and the present invention gives convenience to the users. A distribution period grows longer and the cash crops, the vegetables, and the fruits take center stage as clean food resources by washing the cash crops, the vegetables, and the fruits with the ozone water and distributing it.
