AEROGEL COATING SOLUTION, METHOD OF MANUFACTURING AEROGEL SHEET COATED THEREBY, AND AEROGEL SHEET MANUFACTURED BY THE SAME METHOD

PURPOSE: An aero gel coating liquid and an aero gel sheet production method coated with the same liquid are provided to provide an aero gel sheet with less volume while having an excellent warmth retaining property by becoming an open pore form as an organic solvent is volatized in pores of an aero gel in a curing process of a water-based binder which goes through after coating. CONSTITUTION: An aero gel coating liquid has pores of aero gel being packed with an organic solvent and is a product in which the aero gel is dispersed in an aqueous liquid in which a water based binder is dispersed. The organic solvent is one or more of mixed solvent selected among n-hexane, ethyl acetate, dichloromethane, chloroform, and carbon tetrachloride. A production method of an aero gel sheet comprises a packing step which fills the pores of the aero gel with the organic solvent; a production step which produces the aero gel coating liquid dispersing the aero gel packed with the organic solvent into the aqueous solution in which the water based binder is dispersed; a coating step which coats the aero gel coating liquid on an object; and a drying step which dries the coated object by heating with a curing temperature of the water based temperature.
