PURPOSE: A composite of polymerized ionic liquid-carbon nanotube-metallic nanoparticles, a preparation method of the same, and the use of the same are provided to conserve cost needed for manufacturing non-platinum-based metal nanocatalysts. CONSTITUTION: A composite of polymerized ionic liquid-carbon nanotube-metallic nanoparticles is represented by a structural formula 1. Carbon nanotubes reformed by polymerized ionic liquid includes fixed metal nanoparticles. In structural formula 1, the carbon nanotube includes a single-walled carbon nanotube or a multi-walled carbon nanotube. X- is an anion including Cl^-, Br^-, I^-, BF_4^-, ClO_4^-, PF_6^-, OH^-, AlCl_4, or NTf_2^-; Y is O or NR; R1 to R8 are respectively hydrogen atoms; non-substituted C1-10 linear or branched alkyl groups; -OH, -COOH, or -SO_3H-substituted C1 to C10 linear or branched alkyl groups, non-substituted aryl groups, -OH, -Br, -Cl, -COOH, -COO^-, -SO_3H, primary amine groups, secondary amine groups, ternary amine groups, or C1 to C10 linear or branched alkyl group substituted aryl groups; M is a metal containing Pd, Rh, Ir, or Au; and m and n are respectively the integer of 1 to 10.
