PURPOSE: A device for recovering frozen food is provided to unfreeze frozen food in a short time, and to recover the taste and freshness of the frozen food. CONSTITUTION: A device for recovering frozen food comprises: a recovering tub (1) provided with a space inside; a nitrogen gas supplying unit (3) providing nitrogen gas by liquid nitrogen; a nigrogen gas spraying tube (5) installed in the recovering tub, and spraying the nitrogen gas to the recovering tub by being connected to the nitrogen gas supplying unit; and a frozen food container (7) accepted in the recovering tub, and accommodating the unfreezing target.
