The present invention relates to an apparatus for manufacturing a cell culture scaffold, more specifically, to an apparatus for manufacturing various kinds of cell culture scaffolds and the cell culture scaffold manufactured using the same. The apparatus for manufacturing the cell culture scaffold has a spray device with a nozzle part for spraying a solution which is supplied from a solution storage part and contains cells and biocompatible materials. The spray device allows the solution contained in the solution storage part into a screw part with a screw thread by applying air pressure and sprays the solution to the nozzle part by rotating the screw part, thereby uniformly spraying the solution. The spray device enables easy controlling of the amount of solution sprayed and simultaneously or sequentially sprays a plurality of solutions by mixing the solutions inside the screw thread of the screw part when the apparatus has a plurality of solution storage parts, and cures the solutions.
