PURPOSE: A system for managing a boiler tube life map is provided to visually diagram the whole boiler tube unit mounted on a boiler, thereby storing the information for the boiler in a database. CONSTITUTION: A boiler setting unit (170) sets a set of boiler information which is a value for an operation state of a boiler. A tube stock unit classifies a boiler tube unit, which is mounted on the boiler, into the standard. The tube stock unit checks a stock state of the boiler tube unit in real time and outputs a set of stock information. A tube management unit (190) receives a set of tube information, the boiler information, and the stock information. The tube management unit manages a state and a stock situation of the boiler tube unit.
