摘要 PURPOSE: A manufacturing method for a lightweight mold panel integrated with a long fiber-reinforced frame and a frame integrated lightweight mold panel using the same are provided to reduce the noise, energy, and manufacturing cost and improve the environmental problem by omitting a releasing agent. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method for a lightweight mold panel integrated with a long fiber-reinforced frame is as follows. Thermoplastic resins are fused and one of glass fibers, carbon fibers, aramids, and natural fibers are cut in 3~100mm. The cut long fibers are put into the fused resins for manufacturing LFT(Long Fiber reinforced Thermoplastic)(S100, S110). The LFT is extruded(S120). The extruded resins are molded in a metal mold for forming a frame integrated lightweight mold panel or a resin flat plate(S130). A plurality of flat boards is stacked in a mold. The stacked flat boards are pressurized and melted. The heated flat boards are welded with pressurized and formed into one panel shape(S170). The panel is cooled and ejected(S180).
