The present invention relates to apparatus for recovering sulfur from waste gas using a fiber filter and, more specifically, to apparatus for recovering sulfur from waste gas using a fiber filter, for collecting sulfur particles from a liquid phase catalyst. The apparatus for recovering sulfur from waste gas using a fiber filter comprises a sulfur hydrogen removing part, a catalyst-recycling tank storing the liquid catalyst, and a catalyst recycling part including an oxygen supplier. The present invention effectively removes hydrogen sulfide from the waste gas and collects sulfur particles by using the fiber filter by making the hydrogen sulfide touch the liquid catalyst.
