The present invention discloses a navigation and audio complex system. The navigation and audio complex system according to one side of the present invention comprises; a navigation including at least one electromagnet; an audio device which includes at least one iron plate on the position corresponding with the electromagnet and is fixed on a vehicle and is controlled through an included button and display and provides an audio function. The audio device supplies power to a navigation when electrically being connected with the navigation and is controlled through the button and display of the navigation and provides the audio function. The audio device makes the electromagnet become magnetized by the power and be attached to the iron plate. The rear side of the navigation and the front side of the audio device are formed into a flat shape so that there is no interruption when the navigation is fixed to the audio device by the electromagnet and the iron plate.
