PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing an anti-slip floor board using an anti-slip chemical resin and the floor board manufactured by the same are provided to form grooves through a press or minute protrusions with various shapes through embossing and inorganic particles, thereby improving the slip resistance of the floor board. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing an anti-slip floor board using an anti-slip chemical resin includes: a step of manufacturing an anti-slip chemical resin; a step of manufacturing an anti-slip low-pressure resin impregnated sheet (100) for overlay using the chemical resin; a step of manufacturing an anti-slip high-pressure resin impregnated sheet (140) using the chemical resin; a step of bonding the anti-slip high-pressure resin impregnated sheet using the chemical resin; and a step of processing a fitting groove (141). In the step of bonding the anti-slip high-pressure resin impregnated sheet, the anti-slip high-pressure resin impregnated sheet as a finishing material is laminated on one wooden board of a particle board (PB), a plywood board, and a fiberboard (medium density fiberboard (MDF),high density fiberboard (HDF)). The anti-slip high-pressure resin impregnated sheet and the wooden board are pressed by a press, and then are mutually bonded after an adhesive is spread between the anti-slip high-pressure resin impregnated sheet and the wooden board. |
