摘要 PURPOSE: A crane, a high load rotation support device thereof, and an assembly method of the high load rotation support device are provided to be suitable for a drive rotor, which is required by a high capacity industrial machine due to a vertical action force improved by adopting a spherical surface bearing and a spherical thrust bearing structure, and to facilitate maintenance. CONSTITUTION: A high load rotation support device (140) of a crane comprises a connection shaft (141), a casing (142), a first spherical surface thrust bearing (143), a second spherical surface thrust bearing (144), a housing (145), a spherical surface bearing (146), and a stopper ring (147). The second spherical thrust bearing is installed in between the inner side of the lower part of the casing and the outer circumferential surface of the connection shaft to support an upward and a downward load. The spherical surface bearing is installed on the inner circumferential surface of the housing to support the shaft-directional load, and supports the outer circumferential surface of the upper part of the connection shaft. The stopper ring is located on the upper part of the second spherical surface thrust bearing to fix the position of the second spherical surface thrust bearing, and fastened to the outer circumferential surface of the connection shaft.
