MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR PHOTOVOLTAIC RIBBON PREVENTING DIFFUSED REFLECTION AND THE PHOTOVOLTAIC RIBBON

The present invention relates to a manufacturing method for a photovoltaic ribbon capable of preventing diffused reflection and a photovoltaic ribbon manufactured by the same. A manufacturing method for a photovoltaic ribbon forms a body part which has a thin band shape by rolling a wire; polishes the surface of the body part to have a uniform smoothness; removes pollutants on the surface of the body part; and applies a molten plating solution on the surface of the body part to form a plating layer. By doing so, the surface of the photovoltaic ribbon is precisely processed; the illumination intensity of the surface is enhanced and thus diffused reflection is prevented; the surface smoothness of the photovoltaic ribbon is improved and thus the formation of a large primary alpha-phase is suppressed; the adhesion to solar cells is reinforced; and the life of the photovoltaic ribbon can be lengthened.
