The present invention relates to a position-variable pedal assembly unit for a vehicle. The position-variable pedal assembly unit for a vehicle includes: a screw shaft (130), which is fixed to an operation rod and has a worm gear formed thereon; a position changing unit (100) in which a moving block (200), which is movable on the screw shaft, is formed; an upper pedal arm (300) fixed to the moving block (200) in a direction perpendicular to the screw shaft (130); a lower pedal arm (400) connected to the upper pedal arm (300) at a specific angle; a pedal angle control unit (350) capable of controlling the angle of the lower pedal arm (400) relative to the upper pedal arm (300); and a pedal pad (500) connected to the lower pedal arm (400). The present invention provides the position-variable pedal assembly unit for a vehicle, which can obtain safety and fatigue degradation of a driver and allowing drivers having various physical conditions to operate pedals more safely and conveniently.
