The present invention relates to freeze protective valve and, specifically, to a freeze protective valve using a temperature sensing unit which opens or closes the outlet of the freeze protective valve by extending a bellows pipe based on the volume change of a phase change material. The present invention provides the freeze protective valve which discharges a fluid to the outside at a predetermined or lower temperature by being connected to the piping port of a flow pipe. The present invention comprises a valve body connected to the piping port with an inlet and an outlet; the temperature sensing unit including an acceptor with an accepting chamber to accept phase change materials and the bellows pipe on one side of the acceptor to be extended based on the volume change of the phase change materials; and a plunger unit to open or close the outlet by being vertically moved with the extension of the bellow pipe.
