The present invention relates to a slide exhaust type surgery instrument guider port in which an instrument insertion unit for inserting surgery instruments, a gas injection unit for injecting gas for bloating, and a gas emission unit for emitting harmful gas from intra abdominal are respectively formed in a port body in order to safely guide various surgery instruments to intra abdominal. The gas emission unit includes an exhaust outer tube which is formed by being connected to the port body, and an exhaust inner tube which is inserted and installed to be able to slide forwardly and backwardly so that the exhaust inner tube can be forwarded and inserted into intra abdominal through inside the port body, and harmful gas inside the intra abdominal can be directly exhausted from the intra abdominal through the exhaust inner tube if harmful gas is generated during surgery. By following the present invention, harmful gas such as smog generated during surgery can be rapidly and smoothly exhausted without interrupting operation of the surgery instruments. |
