The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a polymeric film, comprising the steps of: forming a first polymeric film with a strength of greater than 0.1 Gpa and 1.0 Gpa or less; and forming a second polymeric film with a surface energy of greater than mN/m and 5 mN/m or less.
