摘要 A lenticular lens and a liquid crystal alignment method thereof are provided to form a uniform alignment film on a curved lens surface by forming an a- SiOx(Amorphous Oxide Silicon) film on an upper plate where the lens surface is formed and exposing the a-SiOx film to an ion beam. A lenticular lens is composed of an upper plate(111) having an upper transparent electrode(106) and a plurality of curved lens surfaces; an upper alignment layer(107) formed on the lens surfaces, wherein the upper alignment layer contains amorphous oxide silicon; a lower plate(110) having a lower transparent electrode(102) and a lower alignment layer(103); and a liquid crystal layer formed between the upper and lower plates and driven by an electric field applied by the upper and lower transparent electrodes.
