The present invention discloses a battery lower carrier for the power module of an electric vehicle to effectively protect a battery cell module which needs to have waterproof properties and to resist to vibrational and impulsive loads. For this, the present invention provides a battery lower carrier for the power module of an electric vehicle to be made of plastic composite materials and to apply a metal bracket to a border surface which comes in contact with an upper case.
