BINARY-TO-GRAY CONVERTING CIRCUIT AND GRAY CODE COUNTER INCLUDING THE SAME

A binary-to gray conversion circuit includes a buffer part and a conversion part. The buffer part generates an n-bit data code in response to a second binary bit signal through an n^th binary bit signal excluding a first binary bit signal, which corresponds to the least significant bit of an n-bit (n is a natural number equal to or bigger than two) binary code, and to a source voltage. The conversion part generates an n-bit gray code based on a binary code and a data code; latches a k^th data bit signal of the data code in response to a k^th (k is a natural number equal to or bigger than one and equal to or smaller than n) binary bit signal of the binary code; and generates a k^th gray bit signal of the gray code in a way to correspond to a logic level of the k^th data bit signal.
