PURPOSE: An electro-osmosis sludge drying apparatus having a drum is provided to move a caterpillar or a stainless steel plate according to the amount of sludge and other conditions, thereby efficiently drying the sludge. CONSTITUTION: An electro-osmosis sludge drying apparatus comprises a drum (10), a caterpillar (20), a filter cloth belt (30), a driving motor (40), and a pulling unit (50). Multiple sprockets (22) are coupled to a sprocket frame (21). The caterpillar rotates along the outer circumferential surfaces of the sprockets. The filter cloth belt is driven by a filter cloth belt driving motor (32) and a filter cloth belt roller (31). For moving and dehydrating sludge, the filter cloth belt is wound between the drum and the caterpillar. The pulling unit includes a pulling sensor (51) in order to adjust a distance between the drum and the caterpillar according to the injection amount of the sludge and a drying condition. The pulling sensor is the module of a general sensor measuring temperature, humidity, time, and the amount of a fluid. |
