PURPOSE: A sensor fixing device is provided to minimize the vibration of a joining support, thereby increasing the reliability in respect to the adhesion to a target object. CONSTITUTION: A sensor fixing device includes a pressing unit (100) and a support unit (200). The pressing unit is attached on the surface of a target object. The support unit presses the target object. The pressing unit includes a pressing pad (110) and a joining support (120). The pressing pad is attached on one surface of the target surface by air-compression. The joining support is protruding upwardly from the pressing pad and includes a sensor (S) on a tip end portion. The support unit includes through-holes (214, 222) through which the joining support is penetrated. |
