PURPOSE: A cargo volume checker is provided to accurately grasp the weight, the state, and the information of cargo at the same time by multiply checking the cargo in the middle of transferring the cargo without stopping. CONSTITUTION: A cargo volume checker includes a measurement conveyor unit (100) and a rack type frame unit (200). The measurement conveyor unit is composed of a measurement conveyor, a motor unit, a weight measuring sensor unit, and a control unit. The measurement conveyor horizontally transfers cargo on a conveyor belt by rotating the conveyor belt. The motor unit transmits the torque generated by rotating a motor to the measurement conveyor. The weight measuring sensor unit is installed on the lower side of the measurement conveyor and grasps the weight of the cargo according to a change in the weight of the measurement conveyor. The control unit controls the rotation of the motor at a constant speed, receives the information of the weight of the cargo grasped by the weight measuring sensor unit, and compares the information with preset vertical transfer reference weight information, thereby checking whether the cargo can be vertically transferred or not. |
