The device has an evacuation tube (2) connected to an output orifice of a container. An obturation flap (6) is slid vertically along an upstream end of the tube and guided by two slides (7a, 7b) interdependent of the tube. An opening float element is connected with the flap through an axle (9) sliding along a guidance unit (17) that is fixed at the flap. A locking compass (10) locks the flap, connects the tube to the element in a closed position and connects the tube to the flap in an open position, where the compass retains thrust force of the element when immersed in an open state.
