<p>The device has a frame (10) and an operation bar (4) and a set of spreadable slopes i.e. wings (1, 3, 31). A set of wheels (5) is retracted automatically when the operation bar is slackened. A set of loads is arranged such that the set of loads is able to be moved by the wheels. A lever (7) is arranged for opening and closing of the wings. A non-spreadable central slope is limited by the weight of the loads. A base (99) is arranged in a broad manner and is less long when adding weight under the central slope.</p>
