<p>PURPOSE: A unit module system and a method for manufacturing a prefabricated house using the same are provided to satisfy a minimum housing standard, and to actively extend and reduce the house according to resident life cycle variations such as the increase or decrease of household members. CONSTITUTION: A unit module system includes a module and a bonding fixing member. The module is formed by combining units which are manufactured with certain dimensions in a factory. The unit includes a residential unit (200) and a utility unit (300). The residential unit forms a residential space, and the utility unit forms a functional space. The bonding fixing member bonds the units which are perpendicularly adjacent to each other. The bonding fixing member includes a first connection frame, a first rubber packing, a second connection frame, a third connection frame, a second rubber packing, and a bolt finishing packing. The bolt finishing packing on a nut prevents damage to the nut.</p> |
