The present invention relates to a biochemical assay cartridge and, more specifically, to the biochemical assay cartridge which comprises an insertion type liquid cartridge, and a response cartridge capable of containing the insertion type liquid cartridge. In the biochemical assay cartridge, a protruded protective film inducing unit is stumbled and broken by a hanger inside the response cartridge by inserting liquid cartridge into the response cartridge and the protective film for sealing reaction mixture storing unit attached to the liquid cartridge is automatically detached so that the reaction mixture can be flowed out to the response cartridge from the liquid cartridge. The biochemical assay cartridge according to the present invention enhances operability and user convenience which is capable of inserting samples for analyzing into the response cartridge through the liquid cartridge while being automatically injected into the response cartridge.
