CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of red ginseng fermented liquid comprises the steps of: manufacturing fermented red ginseng powder; pressure-sterilizing the fermented red ginseng powder; manufacturing trigger bacteria fermenting solution by injecting more than a trigger bacteria selected among Enterococcus Faecium, Pediococcus pentosaceus, Bacillus subtilis, Saccharomyces cerevisiae, Saccharomyces ellipsoideus, Aspergillus sojae in more than one traditional food selected among fermented soybeans, fast-fermented bean paste, bean paste, soy sauce, and red pepper paste then fermenting the mixture; and performing a second-fermentation by mixing the red ginseng powder with sugar or molasse, and the trigger bacteria fermenting solution in a fermenting machine. The step of manufacturing fermented red ginseng powder comprises the step of: steaming ginseng to make red ginseng; fermenting ginseng using more than a trigger bacteria selected among Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus bulgaricus, Lactobacillus rhamnosus, Lactobacillus plantarum.
