A floor impact noise isolator/shock-absorber for construction is provided to improve heat insulating and shock absorbing performances and effectively attenuate nose between floors by having a resin foam having a three-dimensional structure defined by micro fibers. A floor impact noise isolator/shock-absorber for construction comprises a resin foam(12) having a foam structure defined by micro fibers with a thickness in a range of 0.1mum to 20mum. The resin foam has density in a range of 2kg/m^3 to 12kg/m^3, a dynamic elastic modulus in a range of 1MN/m^3 to 10MN/m^3, a foaming magnitude of 1000% to 5000%, and a thickness in a range of 20mm to 80mm. |
