PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a planar light-emitting device in which a light source can be easily exchanged and positioning precision of the light source can be enhanced.SOLUTION: A light guide body 44 is of a flat plate shape and has a light-incident part 441 and a light-emitting part 442. The light-incident part 441 is installed at a side corner of the light guide body 44 and light emitted from the light source of a light source unit enters there. The light-emitting part 442 emits light which has entered from the light-incident part 441 and has been scattered. The light emission unit 34 has an engagement part. The engagement part is engaged with the light source unit and fixes the light source unit in free detachment.
