PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface light emitting module of which the mounting direction to a fixture body is not restricted and a surface light emitting lighting device including this module.SOLUTION: A surface light emitting module is provided, on each side of a face on an opposite side to a face where light is emitted, with a positive electrode connection terminal and a negative electrode connection terminal which are electrically connected to a positive electrode side power receiving part and a negative electrode side power receiving part of a surface light emitting panel and penetrate a cover and are projected to the outside. Further, the module includes a connection substrate 40 superimposed on the surface light emitting panel housed inside the case and a base member on which the positive electrode connection terminal and the negative electrode connection terminal are provided. On a surface of the connection substrate 40, there are formed a surface side positive electrode pattern 41a electrically connected to the positive electrode side power receiving part and a surface side negative electrode pattern 42a electrically connected to the negative electrode side power receiving part, and on at least two side of a rear face of the connection substrate, there are formed at least one pair each of a rear face side positive electrode pattern 41b electrically connected to the surface side positive electrode pattern 41a and a rear face side negative electrode pattern 42b electrically connected to the surface side negative electrode pattern 42a. |
