PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system that supports a person in charge of sales to smoothly take an action to contact a customer without burdening the person in charge by enabling a suitable visit plan frequency to be set, and gives support to obey the set visit plan frequency.SOLUTION: Customer information is registered, a person in charge is allocated, and a visit plan frequency is set. Then the number of visits that the person in charge needs to make is simulated. Once suitable visit plan frequencies are all set over a look at the simulation result, a visit plan list is automatically generated. The person in charge of sales approaches and visits customers by reference to the generated list. |
