PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of installing an article receiving device in which a home delivery box and a mailbox display an outside appearance that looks like an integrated unit in a view from a receiving side.SOLUTION: In the wall of a multiple dwelling house, there are buried: a home delivery box in which a home delivery article delivered from a trader is stored and in which the stored home delivery article is received by opening an opening/closing door installed on the receiving side opposite to the delivery side; and a mailbox in which mail delivered from a postman is stored and in which the stored mail is received by opening an opening/closing door installed on the receiving side opposite from the delivery side. The receiving sidewall surface 50a of a wall part is covered with tiles 60 having a shape corresponding to the shape of the mailbox opening/closing door so that the same pattern is generated as the one built by the opening/closing door 20a of the mailbox. Further, the door 10a on the receiving side of a large capacity home delivery box is divided in accordance with the opening/closing door of the mailbox. |
