PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the reference potential conversion circuit of a reference voltage for converting a predetermined reference voltage into a reference potential whose temperature characteristics are fixed with an arbitrary potential as a reference.SOLUTION: The reference potential conversion circuit includes: a first resistance R1(resistance value=R1) as the feedback resistance of an operational amplifier OP, a second resistance R2(resistance value=R2) whose reference voltage Vref is applied to the other end of the first resistance R1; and a third resistance R3(resistance value=R3) and a fourth resistance R4(resistance value=R4) connected between a power source and the ground, and a voltage divided by the ratio of the resistance values R1 and R2 is applied to the inverting input terminal of the operational amplifier OP, and a power supply voltage VDD divided by the ratio of the resistance values R3 and R4 is applied to the non-inverting input terminal of the operation amplifier OP, and the R1/R2 and the R3/R4 are set to be the same, and the reference voltage Vref is obtained by a band gap reference circuit. |
