The present invention relates to the field of data transmissions. Disclosed in an embodiment of the present invention are a file transmission method and terminal, the method comprising: a file transmitting terminal detects the screen touch action of a user; after the screen touch action is confirmed to be a preset file transmission action, confirming a file to be transmitted according to the screen touch action, and scanning a file receiving terminal having established a connection with the file transmitting terminal, the preset file transmission action having a corresponding file transmission instruction; and the file transmitting terminal executes corresponding transmission operation according to the file transmission instruction. After confirming that the detected screen touch action of the user is the preset file transmission action, the file transmitting terminal automatically scans the file receiving terminal having established a connection therewith, and executes the corresponding transmission operation according to the file transmission instruction in the preset file transmission action, thus achieving file transmission according to the screen touch action without the need to select the connection method for each file transmission, and achieving quick file transmission via a simple screen touch action. |
