PURPOSE: A method of forming a wear resistant layer is provided to form a wear resistant layer by adhering multiple supplementary beads made of ceramic materials to the surface of a reinforcing object. CONSTITUTION: A method of forming a wear resistant layer comprises a first coating step of coating an adhesive on the surface of a reinforcing object; a bonding step of adhering multiple supplementary beads made of ceramic materials to the surface of the reinforcing object in which the adhesive is coated; and a first curing step of forming a first wear resistant layer by curing the adhesive. The method of forming a wear resistant layer further comprises, between the first bonding step and the first curing step, a first filling step of inserting filling beads made of ceramic materials and having smaller diameter than the supplementary beads into between supplementary beads and adhering. The method of forming a wear resistant layer further comprises a first laminating step of forming a second wear resistant layer on the top of the first wear resistant layer. The first laminating step comprises a second coating step of coating the adhesive on the surface of the first wear resistant layer; a second bonding step of adhering multiple supplementary beads made of ceramic materials to the surface of the first wear resistant layer where the adhesive is coated; and a second curing step of forming the second wear resistant layer by curing the adhesive.
