PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger which achieves high heat exchange performance and efficiently radiates heat generated in a sealed container to the exterior.SOLUTION: A heat exchanger 1 is provided on a wall panel 120 of an electronic apparatus housing box 100 and is used for radiating heat generated in the electronic apparatus housing box 100 to the exterior. The heat exchanger 1 comprises: a base plate 10 dividing the internal side of the electronic apparatus housing box 100 from the exterior side; inner fins 20 erected on the inner side of the base plate 10; outer fins 30 erected on the outer side of the base plate 10; and a fan 40 directly fixed to a tip of each inner fin 20. The multiple inner fins 20 and the multiple outer fins 30 are provided. The fan 40 has a flame having a substantially square shape when viewed in a front view and is formed so that a diagonal line of the frame is arranged along a longitudinal direction of the inner fins 20. |
