摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electro-optic device in which two conductive films can be electrically connected via a conducting member with high connection reliability, and an electronic apparatus having the electro-optic device.SOLUTION: The electro-optic device includes: an element substrate 10 as a first substrate on which a pixel electrode and a connection wiring line are formed; a counter substrate 20 as a second substrate on which a counter electrode is formed; a pad part 106a formed as electrically connected to the connection wiring line of the element substrate 10; a first alignment mark 106b formed in the pad part 106a; a second alignment mark 106c formed on the counter substrate 20; and a conducting member, which is disposed at a position overlapping, in a plan view, a synthesized alignment mark 106f that is obtained by superposing the first alignment mark 106b and the second alignment mark 106c at a predetermined position and which electrically connects the counter electrode to the connection wiring line. The synthesized alignment mark 106f does not constitute a closed region.
