PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To alter the ratio and density of ozone bubbles of a micro-nano size while reducing operation cost.SOLUTION: A fine bubble utilizing apparatus S1 includes: a reaction tank 1 for storing a solution to be treated; first fine bubble generating parts 2-5 for circulating the solution to be treated in the reaction tank 1 to introduce ozone into the solution to be treated and injecting the solution to be treated, in which fine ozone bubbles are generated, in the reaction tank 1 from a first fine bubble injection port 6; a fine bubble inflow port 11 provided at an almost same height as the first fine bubble injection port 6; a solution-to-be- treated suction port 12 provided at a place lower than the first fine bubble injection port 6; second fine bubble generation parts 3, 4, 7, 8, 10 and 14 for generating fine ozone bubbles from the solution to be treated in a case that the solution to be treated in the reaction tank 1 is allowed to flow in the reaction tank 1 from the fine bubble inflow port 11 by circulating the solution to be treated in the reaction tank 1 and introducing ozone to generate its fine ozone bubbles in a case that the solution to be treated in the reaction tank 1 is allowed to flow in from the solution-to-be-treated suction port 12; and a control device 15 for controlling the first and second fine bubble generation parts. |
