PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable association with one or more documents of right of use and procuration.SOLUTION: A computing device allocates and manages right for using a digital work. A right management module determines a usable and allocatable right to be associated with the digital work on the basis of a certain right. The certain right includes right of use for managing how the computing device accesses the digital work, and procuration for managing distribution of the digital work. When permitted under a certain condition, the right allocation module modifies the procuration. The procuration modified by the right allocation module is transferred to another device to manage further distribution of the digital work.
