Each of the plurality of element control units selects one of first pixel data included in first image data representing a first image to be displayed by a display device and specific pixel data indicating the lowest brightness value, in accordance with a first signal given to the plurality of element control units at the same timing and supplies the selected pixel data to the light-emitting element to control an operation state of the light-emitting element.
