PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable water and energy saving bathtub.SOLUTION: A portable water and energy saving bathtub 1 used in a shower room or a bathtub comprises: an opened container tank body 2 having a step 27 on the bottom located beside one end wall; a flashboard gate 3 on the other end wall; a groove on inner faces of a container 2; a flashboard capable of moving and being inserted into the groove to a bottom of the groove, and a water seal ring set between the groove and the flashboard. A reducing-volume-chunk 4 is a cuboid having two arms, wherein each arm is hung on side walls of the container 2. Locking-releasing-devices in the arms lock or release the rock for the reducing-volume-chunk 4 with the container.
