The machine has a fiber bundle (2) supplied and discharged to and from the machine and including a guide section (1). The guiding section includes a supporting region (3) for the fiber bundle and a loading roller (4) that includes two frustum-shaped front sides and upwardly presses the fiber bundle opposite to the supporting region in a region of the loading roller. The loading roller includes a magnetic region that is formed on front sides by a separate magnet, where the supporting region is formed by two adjacent lower rollers (6), on which the loading roller is rested.
