PURPOSE: A silver plating manufacturing method for an LED module is provided to reduce a plating thickness variation and to prevent yellowing and blushing at the same time when manufacturing silver plating for a silver reflection layer. CONSTITUTION: The sequence of a silver reflection layer manufacturing process is follows: acid degreasing, etching, nickel plating, silver plating, electricity chromate treatment, drying, and thermal treatment In the manufacturing process, core processes are electricity chromate treatment and thermal treatment. For the electricity chromate treatment process, a solution of sodium bichromate, potassium hydroxide, and potassium carbonate is prepared, and the treatment is implemented at an electric density of 1.0-1.5A/dm^2 for an electrolytic time of 10 seconds to 1 minute.
