PURPOSE: An apparatus for rotation and reverse rotation is provided to dehydrate moisture of umbrellas or food wastes and to mince and agitate vegetables. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for rotation and reverse rotation comprises a bobbin (5), a wound spinning string of a top, an elastic member (7), a string of the top (6), and a handle (1). The bobbin is installed with axis on a rotary shaft (3) which is installed in a case. The bobbin is composed of the wound string of the top and the elastic member. The rotary shaft is rotated once the wound string of the top, which is wound on the bobbin, is pulled. The rotary shaft is rotated reversely resisting with an elastic energy stored in the elastic member. One end of the string of the top is fixed on the bobbin; the other end of the string of the top is fixed on the handle; one end of the elastic member is fixed on the bobbin; and the other end of the elastic member is fixed on the case. |
