PURPOSE: A method for estimating a motion vector by using a plurality of motion vector predictors and an apparatus thereof, an encoder, a decoder and a decoding method are provided to reduce the amount of information transmitted to the decoder. CONSTITUTION: At least one partition which is compared with a current block in order to acquire motion vector difference among a plurality of partitions adjacent to the current block on the basis of spatial similarity between the current block and a plurality of partitions adjacent to the current block is selected (S301).
