PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent excess of contract demand or trip of a main breaker while suppressing cost increase.SOLUTION: In a charge controller 1, a control unit 10 controls only some adjustment devices 2 depending on the variation of free power during a first time interval, so that the load of control processing is reduced when compared with a case where all adjustment devices 2 are controlled. Therefore, prolongation of processing time can be minimized without using a high performance central processing unit (CPU) in a hardware configuring the control unit 10. Consequently, excess of contract demand or trip of a main breaker can be prevented while suppressing cost increase, in the charge controller 1. |
