PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an isolated human antibody or antibody fragment thereof which binds to human interleukin-4 receptor alpha (hIL-4Rα) with high affinity (K), capable of blocking hIL-13 binding to hIL-4R.SOLUTION: An antibody or antigen-binding fragment thereof, that specifically binds human interleukin-4 receptor (hIL-4R) having a specific amino acid sequence, comprising a heavy chain variable region (HCVR) having a specific amino acid sequence and a light chain variable region (LCVR) having a specific amino acid sequence.
